Il nostro obiettivo è produrre anodi della massima qualità, investiamo continuamente nella ricerca, nel miglioramento della produzione e nel servizio al cliente per raggiungere e mantenere gli standard più elevati.

La nostra storia

We began developing and testing catalytic coating technology in 2007, working from a modest section of the building that we now fully occupy. At that stage, our resources were limited, but our determination was strong, and we steadily built the foundations of what the company would become. As sales grew year after year, our operations evolved beyond their initial scope. What started with a focus on the impressed current cathodic protection segment soon broadened into surface finishing, chlor-alkali electrode regeneration, water treatment applications, and, more recently, the production of cathodes for green hydrogen alkaline electrolysers. This expansion reflected both market needs and our ability to innovate in response to them.

In 2018, recognizing the opportunities ahead, we launched a comprehensive growth plan structured around three core pillars: operational excellence, innovation, and competence. This strategic direction marked a turning point, as it required not only financial investments but also a cultural shift within the company. We introduced new equipment and advanced processes to raise efficiency and quality standards. At the same time, we prioritized skills development, ensuring that our people—our most valuable asset—were prepared to manage the challenges of a rapidly changing industry. With this approach, the company experienced a steady and balanced expansion, reinforcing its structure and capabilities across all departments.

By 2021, with growth accelerating at an unprecedented pace, we recognized the importance of embedding sustainability into our long-term vision. Reducing our environmental impact became a priority, not only as a matter of compliance but as a responsibility toward the communities we serve and the markets in which we operate. These efforts led to the achievement of ISO 14001 certification, formalizing our environmental management practices. Building on this milestone, we undertook our first ESG assessment in 2022, followed by a second in 2023, which helped us track progress and identify areas for improvement. In 2024, an independent energy audit validated the accuracy of our initial key performance indicators, confirming that our strategy was aligned with measurable results.

The year 2022 proved to be a landmark in our history. Not only did we reach record revenues, but we also gained recognition from both the industry and the media as one of Italy’s top-performing small and medium enterprises. This acknowledgement reinforced our reputation as a reliable and forward-looking partner, capable of combining technical expertise with solid business performance.

Looking to the future, our main objective is to consolidate the position we have earned within the industry while continuing to explore new market opportunities. Growth will be guided by the same principles that have brought us this far: a commitment to innovation, an emphasis on competence, and a culture of excellence. Research and development will remain at the heart of our activities. Over the years, we have cultivated strong collaborations with university researchers, enabling us to test ideas, explore advanced technologies, and push the boundaries of what is possible. We intend to strengthen these partnerships and seek new ones, working closely with institutions and academia to accelerate innovation and contribute to the advancement of electrochemical technologies.

Through a balance of tradition, expertise, and innovation, we continue to shape our trajectory with determination, building on the past while preparing for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
